Job Brief Description

The Principal Research Strategist & Academic Indexing Director serves as the intellectual architect at the intersection of enterprise operations and academic-grade scholarship. In an era saturated with generic digital noise and unverified claims, this partner leads our Academic & Industrial Research Indexing stream, transforming raw corporate data, proprietary operational methodologies, and complex industrial datasets into formal, peer-reviewed, citable literature.

The Director oversees the complete conversion lifecycle—from raw data audits and IMRAD structural modeling to simulated double-blind peer-review panels and formal indexing across international citation databases (Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, IEEE). The role collaborates directly with C-suite executives, Chief Scientific Officers, and multilateral policy directors to convert proprietary organizational discoveries into undisputed commercial and intellectual authority.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Data Conversion & Structuring Pipelines: Audit raw client experiments, white papers, and corporate case studies to engineer them into formal IMRAD-compliant papers and citable enterprise white papers.
  

• Internal Peer-Review Simulation: Direct structured internal peer-review protocols to validate statistical power, methodology rigor, and peer-readiness before public submission.
  

• Citable Literature & Indexing Deployment: Oversee metadata engineering, DOI generation, and catalog packaging across major open-access indexing registries and research networks.
  

• Thought-Leadership Commercialization: Co-develop client-facing white papers that translate empirical validation into enterprise sales collateral and high-value consulting assets.
  

• Practice Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for the Academic & Industrial Research Indexing stream, guiding unit analysts, data visualizers, and academic editors.
  

RequirementsCandidate Requirements
A. Education & Academic Pedigree

• Master’s Degree (Required), Ph.D. Preferred in Quantitative Research, Economics, Data Science, Public Policy, Applied Sciences, or a related technical/STEM discipline.
  

• Proven track record of authored, co-authored, or strategically edited peer-reviewed papers published in indexed international journals.
  

B. Professional Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in academic publishing, institutional research think tanks, management consultancy research wings, or enterprise R&D.
  

• Demonstrable experience leading multidisciplinary research projects, managing journal submissions, or directing institutional publication workflows.
  

• Strong background working directly with senior corporate leaders, university deans, or international NGO executives.
