Are you a people-person who loves cars? Our client, a busy and growing auto repair shop in Moorhead, is looking for a full-time Service Writer to be the face of the shop and the key point of contact between customers and technicians. If you’re friendly, approachable, and able to deliver tough news with grace, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You'll be Doing:

  • Greet customers and listen carefully to their automotive concerns
  • Document vehicle issues clearly for the service team
  • Provide accurate estimates and communicate service needs to customers
  • Schedule repairs and follow up on work progress
  • Maintain records of services performed and ensure timely invoicing
  • Deliver updates and “difficult news” to customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Act as a bridge between the technicians and customers, ensuring satisfaction and transparency
