Job description

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists Director in defining implementation priorities for various Health System projects to ensure successful attainment of organizational goals and outcomes. Manages daily operations of projects as they relate to project planning and implementation, including qualitative research, budgeting, reports, grant proposal application, and IRB approvals. Collaborates with internal and external departments for purposes of qualitative data collection, analysis, project management and implementation. Creates customized reports based on data analysis and participates in efforts to improve operational performance. Researches and utilizes industry, state and national benchmarks.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences, Public Health, Health Services Research, or related field and two years of research, data analytics, or grant-funded project experience is required. Master's Degree and experience in qualitative research preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
