Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Job Description

The Program Manager will oversee a major program or multiple programs in the future. This role involves supporting new business and organic growth opportunities, ensuring effective communication across a matrix organization of technical subject matter experts, and serving as a technical liaison with vendors. The Program Manager will be responsible for all phases of the program budget and preparing staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. Additionally, the role requires monitoring contract, subcontract, and funding, as well as preparing forecasts of program financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a major program or multiple programs, ensuring successful execution.
  • Support new business and organic growth opportunities within the organization.
  • Facilitate communication across a matrix organization of technical subject matter experts.
  • Act as a technical liaison with vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage all phases of the program budget effectively.
  • Prepare staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.
  • Monitor contracts, subcontracts, and funding to ensure program success.
  • Prepare forecasts of program financial performance to guide decision-making.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $120.00/hr.
