QUALIFICATIONS:
NJ School Transportation Supervisor Certification
Commercial Driver's License (CDL): Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements, plus air brake endorsements
Minimum of five (6) years in the student transportation field either serving in the capacity of Transportation Director or Transportation Supervisor
A thorough knowledge of all laws pertaining directly to Pupil Transportation/Title 39 Motor Vehicle law and specifications pertaining to all types of student transportation vehicles
Thorough knowledge of Division of Transportation Motor Vehicle Inspection laws concerning student transportation vehicles and the New Jersey bid laws for contractual services
Ability to select, train and supervise personnel in the Transportation Department
Required NJ Criminal History Clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bordentown Regional School District is seeking a highly qualified and detail oriented Director of Transportation who directly oversees the district's transportation operations,
ensuring compliance with all applicable transportation laws, regulations, and district policies.
Coordinate the training, supervision, and performance of transportation staff, manage contracts and services related to student transportation,
and ensure the implementation of appropriate safety, inspection, and maintenance protocols for all school transportation vehicles.
