Job description

VIP staffing is Immediately hiring a School Registrar for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM.
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position Monday-Friday 9am- 5:30pm .
Pay for this position is $22-$24 per hour.

As a School Registrar you will: 
  • Manage Student Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information, including enrollment status, academic transcripts, and demographic data.
  • Oversee Enrollment Processes: Coordinate registration and re-enrollment procedures for new and returning students, ensuring a smooth transition into the academic environment. 
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations regarding student information and academic policies. 
  • Support Faculty and Staff: Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate course scheduling, manage grade reporting, and assist with curriculum changes.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Serve as point of contract for students, parents, and staff regarding registration processes, academic records, and related inquiries. 
  • Prepare Academic Documents: Process requests for transcripts, diplomas, and other academic documents, ensuring timely distribution to students and faculty.
  • Coordinate Graduation Processes: Oversee graduation ceremonies, including degree audits and diploma distribution. 
School Registrar Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: 
  • A BA in education administration, business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Must have previous experience in a related field within an educational setting. 
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be proficient in data management and record-keeping software.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
