  • Position Job Title: Corporate Messenger
  • Location:New York, NY 10153
  • Schedule:Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week(No evenings, No weekends)
  • Pay Rate:$17.51/hour(Full benefits eligibility after 60 days, 7 days of sick time, 10 days of accrued vacation, and tuition reimbursement eligibility after 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive packages and parcels from external messengers and vendors
  • Scan barcodes into package tracking software accurately
  • Obtain signatures upon delivery to ensure proper chain-of-custody documentation
  • Confirm all deliveries are logged and completed in the system
  • Deliver packages to designated floors and recipients in a timely manner
  • Escort external messengers to appropriate floors for deliveries
  • Ensure all daily activities are completed in accordance with company standard operating procedures
  • Adhere to all company policies, rules, and guidelines
  • Collect internal mail and parcels from reception areas and designated locations
  • Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments and locations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a corporate presence
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
