What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a School Case Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a School Case Manager, you need a background in social work, counseling, or education, typically with a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and any required state licensure. Familiarity with case management software, student information systems, and documentation practices is essential.
