Job description

All Hearts Staffing is a Staffing and Direct Hire Agency.

We are currently working with a well established company that has been is business since 1985. They pride themselves on patient care and satisfaction. They have facilities and companies throughout the United States and a vase room for growth. The position is permanent and would be direct placement into the facility. As stated above we have nation wide positions. These positions range from Long- term care skilled facilities, short term rehab, assisted living, and many more. The opportunities vary depending on location. The benefits range from hiring bonus, 401k plan, student education, pto, fmla, flexible scheduling, health benefits, re-certifications and much more. Relocation possibilities. Candidates must have work authorization, sponsorship is not available at this time. Must be willing to undergo background check as applicable by law.

Eligible Candidates:

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( or higher)in Physical Therapy
  • Physical Therapist License
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hour
  • Must be able to apply common sense reasoning to carry out instructions
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to tolerate long periods of standing, squatting, kneeling, and bending

Responsibilities

  • Identifies patient’s needs by performing an initial exam, evaluate medical record and doctor’s referral and determine a diagnosis
  • Communicates effectively with doctors, nurses, and case managers
  • Consults with patients and develop a treatment plan
  • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records
  • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities; and in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses
  • Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance
  • Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
