Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team in Rochester, MN. Our flexible staffing model allows you to design a schedule that fits your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on our community. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care in a clinic setting and at mobile community sites.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
  • Educate individuals on oral health, disease prevention, and treatment options.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and confidentiality protocols.
  • Maintain appropriate clinical privileges; hospital privileges are preferred.
  • Assist with staff training, continuing education, and orientation programs.
Requirements:
  • DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of an accredited General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program preferred.
  • Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Minnesota.
  • DEA registration (if applicable).
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills preferred.
