Job description

1.0 FTE - Day Shift Monday through Friday 8a-5pย 

Starting Pay - $23.18 to $34.77 (based on experience)

Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Prior scheduling experience preferred
  • Medical experience is preferred
  • Prior computer experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates/maintains clinician, locum coverage, hospital nursing, and staff schedules, including processing and logging time off requests.
  • Coordinates schedules while adhering to PTO, absence, and other time off policies.
  • Processes time off/change requests based on staffing needs.
  • Coordinates with supervisors to fill open shifts.
  • Fields requests for appointments and other short notice events.
  • Processes seniority and other requests for time off.
  • Processes timecards for bi-weekly payroll.
  • Coordinates schedules for cross training staff.
  • Tracks attendance issues and reports infractions to the supervisor.
  • Prepares training schedules for new hires.
  • Maintenance of the scheduling software system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
