Job Title: Billboard Operations Manager

Location: Wichita Falls, TX (market covers west/central Texas and parts of Oklahoma)

Salary: $60k, + monthly P/L Bonus

Job Type: Full-Time Monday - Friday (occasional weekends)

Travel: travel within the market as needed (weekly is possible), Quarterly market ride required.

Position Summary

Lindmark Companies, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and crew management for our local market. This role is responsible for leading operations teams, ensuring project timelines and safety standards are met, and maintaining tools, equipment, and logistics associated with billboard installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, supervise, train and conduct performance reviews for Operations Crew members.

Provide training, guidance, and on-site support to crews, including billboard installation, maintenance, and vegetation control.

Manage the Operations workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are in working order and inventory is stocked.

Ensure company vehicles are properly maintained. 

Schedule and assign daily work orders, job routes, and hotel accommodation for overnight stays.

Oversee and approve weekly payroll, expenses, and Proof of Performance (POP) documentation; follow up on missing items.

Track delivery of vinyls and maintain an organized system for storage and inventory of returned materials.

Maintain detailed records and logs for inventory, maintenance, Capex, tools, and equipment.

Order supplies and rent additional tools or equipment as needed (e.g., boom lifts).

Lead monthly safety meetings and inspections; document training and certifications and promote a safety-first culture.

Communicate with leadership and other departments regarding scheduling, budgeting, and supply needs.

Attend regular market and operations meetings and conduct quarterly market ride-alongs to ensure quality and compliance.

Coordinate closely with the Operations Associate for logistics and documentation and Payroll.

Work is performed 50% in the office and 50% in the field. Company vehicle provided. $35/day per diem and hotel accommodations company paid for travel. 

Overnight travel is required when needed, at a minimum on a quarterly basis.

Requirements

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Environment: Office and outdoor settings in all weather conditions; moderate noise levels.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. unassisted.
    • Capable of climbing and working at heights of up to 80 feet.
    • Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
    • Regular use of hands/arms; occasional standing, walking, bending, or stooping.
    • Must be able to hear and speak clearly.

      Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum 5 years of related (construction, O&G or billboard or equivalent) field experience.
    • Minimum 5 years' management experience in equivalent industries.
    • Knowledge of and ability to complete light construction tasks, including wood, steel and electrical work.
    • Valid CDL driver's license preferred.
    • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
    • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven time management and organizational skills.
    • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
