Patient Scheduling Representative (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Scheduling Representative to support appointment scheduling and patient coordination activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, timely documentation, and effective communication with patients and internal teams while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow and reinforce all scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Communicate appointment details and relevant information to patients.
  • Audit and/or complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accuracy when entering and managing patient information.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to purpose, excellence, compassion, and teamwork in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent call center experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
