Recruiting Coordinator Details:

  • Administer temporary/contract employee orientation.
  • Communicate with the staffing agencies, updating them on existing staffing levels.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews.
  • Posting of open positions and ensuring accuracy of postings
  • Assist with sourcing and screening new job applicants.
  • Maintain recruitment log
  • Schedule drug screens and perform background checks for potential new hires.
  • Handle plant locker assignments
  • Printing new hire packets and assist employees with processing ID badges as needed.
  • Issue company provided T-Shirts to production staff and manage inventory levels.
  • Be a resource to employees by answering questions, providing paperwork and guidance in a professional manner.
  • Maintain current information on the Careers Page of the Company website, intranet, Communication TV’s and plant bulletin boards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative support role.
  • 1 year experience in a Human Resources or related role is highly preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.
  • High degree of initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
