Description:

North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery (NPOS) has supported communities in and around Western Pennsylvania for 60 years. As a large specialized group of Board-Certified Oral Surgeons, we have high expectations for our patient's care and for our team to exceed their needs. As a reflection of that and in consideration of our planned growth, we are looking for exceptional talent to join our "family-centric" team, where we believe supporting you comes first.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist surgeons during oral surgical procedures in a clinic
  • Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
  • Set up sterile fields and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques
  • Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
  • Maintain accurate medical records using DSN and other electronic systems
  • Clean and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
  • Assist with patient positioning and prepping for surgery
  • Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
  • Provide post-operative care and instructions to patients
