Job description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Scheduler to support the development and management of project schedules from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves collaboration with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring all phases are on track.

·         Work with teams to update progress and resolve delays.

·         Conduct Pull Planning Sessions with teams and stakeholders.

·         Assist with leading schedule review meetings and provide performance updates.

·         Assist in the development of Time Impact Analyses for ongoing and future work.

·         Track and input scheduling data from change orders, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and more.

·         Assist in the creation of cash flows, resource projections, and project claims.

·         Assist with the creation of and checking bid/proposal schedules.

·         Ensure project schedules are stored and maintained in the company scheduling database.

·         Support Scheduling Director with various scheduling tasks as needed.
