About the Position
KRE Security, LLC is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Scheduling Manager to lead daily scheduling operations at our Hamburg headquarters.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, solves problems quickly, and can manage competing priorities. The Scheduling Manager plays an important role in maintaining staffing coverage, supporting employees and supervisors, and helping ensure smooth operations across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily scheduling operations across multiple client locations and ensure appropriate staffing coverage
  • Manage schedules, shift assignments, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs while responding quickly and professionally
  • Lead, train, and support the scheduling team, promoting consistency, accountability, and efficiency
  • Coordinate with Recruiting, Operations, supervisors, and management to address staffing needs and operational challenges
  • Serve as an escalation point for scheduling issues, employee concerns, and coverage problems
  • Monitor scheduling accuracy, compliance, and workforce coverage to help ensure client needs are met
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation using company systems
  • Identify and implement improvements to scheduling processes, communication, and overall efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee and company information
  • Be hands-on and willing to jump in and assist with daily scheduling needs when operational demands require it
