Overview
The Scheduling Assistant is responsible for scheduling surgical cases for a busy medical group. Must provide professional customer service. Must be able to work in a faced-paced enviroment while gathering required insurance and patient demographic information. Must be able to use independent, sounds judgement in a medical bsuiness office setting.
Responsibilities
  • Books, coordinates, and reschedules patient appointments as needed
  • Updates and maintains daily schedules for field technicians
  • Ensures that all cases are covered
  • Maintains and updates current information on schedlues ensuring that patients are scheduled properly
  • Actively communicates with field personnel and managment needed

Qualifications
  • High School degree
  • At least 6 months experience in a general office enviroment
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service
