Overview
We are seeking a Scheduling Consultant to assist clients with organizing, coordinating, and managing travel-related plans and timelines. In this role, you will help individuals and families stay organized throughout the planning process, ensuring all details are clearly scheduled and aligned prior to travel.
This position focuses on coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate timelines, and supporting clients as they prepare for upcoming trips. Responsibilities may include assisting with booking schedules, organizing itinerary details, and helping ensure all components of a trip are properly arranged.
As a Scheduling Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them stay informed, prepared, and confident in their plans.
This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, access to training, and ongoing mentorship. Prior experience in scheduling or travel is not required.
