Wellness Assistant | Full-Time

As a Wellness Assistant, you'll help wherever you're needed—from assisting with resident care and activities to supporting the wellness team behind the scenes. What You'll Do
  • Support Resident Wellness: Assist residents with daily routines, meals, appointments, and activities while helping them feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.
  • Provide Medication Support: Assist with medication administration and help ensure residents receive safe, quality care (Medication Aide/Technician experience preferred).
  • Create Meaningful Moments: Partner with the Life Enrichment team to help coordinate activities, outings, and special events that bring joy to residents.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Provide administrative support, coordinate schedules, assist with communication, and help organize daily operations.
  • Be a Go-To Team Member: Help coordinate transportation, maintenance requests, and resident needs while jumping in wherever you're needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience That Matters: One year of healthcare or senior living experience is preferred.
  • Medication Knowledge: Medication Aide/Technician training or experience is preferred.
  • Strong Communication: Friendly, professional, and able to build positive relationships with residents, families, and teammates.
  • Organized & Adaptable: Able to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
