MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scheduler to join our team in Oahu, HI

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drafts and prepares technical project schedules and executes routine reviews of schedule artifacts.

  • They maintain analytical data logs for schedule metrics and support the preparation of schedule status reports.

  • They follow established SOPs to ensure that all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards.

  • The Scheduler II supports the technical validation of project schedules across the Indo-Pacific theater.

  • They draft schedule reports for theater mission nodes and assist in the tracking of milestone completion trends within the Mission Execution and Controls Team.

  • They prepare data summaries for mission-partner schedule reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency schedules.

  • The Scheduler II takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of position relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and technical reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Foundational knowledge of CPM (Critical Path Method).

  • DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent).

  • Experience in military logistics or project scheduling documentation.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $68,600.00-$114,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
