· Systems Analyst 1
Location: Austin, Texas - ONSITE, Candidates must reside in the Austin area and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Manage software distribution including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on global basis. Prioritize and coordinate security patch and software testing schedules and distributions.
• Create packages, collections, and advertisements for distributions.
• Create custom reports and dashboards for use in planning corporate hardware and software requirements.
• Work with corporate security to identify and remediate areas of workstation risks.
• Provide 3rd level support for the SCCM infrastructure and standard desktop software.
• Meet with internal clients to assess needs, identify key challenges, and define project scope and deliverables for software application deliveries.
• Investigate and solve issues with Configuration Manager Client on endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and correct SCCM client and distribution point errors.
• Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues
• Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings
• Manage and administer SCCM client health, including the process of getting clients healthy
Minimum Yrs of Experience
Skills and Qualifications
3–5 years
Experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and WSUS.
3–5 years
Operating systems concepts, including Active Directory, security, and OS internals.
3–5 years
Networking concepts, including DNS, protocols, and network devices.
3–5 years
Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills; excellent customer service skills.
3-5 ITIL Change Management
3-5 Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies, adhering to standard change control processes within large size corporations.
