- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure to support enterprise-wide IT operations.
- Manage and optimize SCCM for application deployment, software updates, OS deployment, and imaging.
- Develop, test, and deploy SCCM task sequences, scripts, and group policies for endpoint management and security.
- Administer endpoint security policies, including antivirus, threat detection, and compliance enforcement.
- Implement and maintain endpoint protection strategies to safeguard enterprise IT assets.
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues, including failed deployments, imaging failures, reporting discrepancies, and performance concerns.
- Ensure security compliance through patch management and vulnerability remediation using SCCM.
- Monitor SCCM health and performance, generating reports and analytics as needed.
- Work closely with IT security and operations teams to improve endpoint management strategies.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support IT teams and end-users.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior SCCM administrators and IT staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing SCCM in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM infrastructure, including site servers, distribution points, and management points.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining task sequences for OS deployment and imaging (Windows 10/11).
- Experience with application packaging and deployment via SCCM.
- Solid understanding of patch management, compliance reporting, and endpoint security administration.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, and endpoint security tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
