Job description

We are searching for an Accounting/Title Clerk to join our team. This is a full time position that will be required to work some Saturdays. We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Verifies funds are collected, deal funding, processing trade in payoffs, maintaining a system for out of state titles, scanning all deals into the system.
  • Completion of wholesale, dealer trade & auction purchases, payments, collections and title processing.
  • Processing of warranty cancellations, refunds to customers and lenders
  • Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the dealership.
  • Lien Completion as needed.
  • Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.
  • Ensure title documents are promptly and properly completed.
  • Monthly reporting to state agencies and vendors as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience at a auto dealership in accounting preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience, or willing to learn (Strong computer skills)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet & Word processing
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional appearance and outstanding work ethic
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • Willing to submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
  • Valid and clean driver's license
