Summary:
The QTI Group is partnering with a professional services organization to recruit an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to a busy team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will provide general administrative support, assist with document management, coordinate office activities, and help ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Pay starts at $22.00/hr.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to multiple departments and team members.
Organize, scan, file, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
Assist with document preparation, processing, and distribution.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry.
Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support as needed.
Coordinate meetings, office events, and conference room scheduling.
Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
Two or more years of administrative or office support experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
