Job description

Job Position: Stand-up Reach Truck and an Order Picker (Cherry Picker).
Location: Forney, TX 75216
We are seeking a skilled and highly accurate Forklift Operator to join our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team. This position is essential for maintaining the highest level of inventory integrity and requires specialized experience operating high-reach material handling equipment. We are committed to finding the right long-term fit to minimize training time.
Schedule & Compensation

  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate specialized material handling equipment, including a Stand-up Reach Truck (Stand-up Forklift) and an Order Picker (Cherry Picker), to move, stack, and retrieve products.
  • Execute inventory control activities, including performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track, scan, and update product locations and inventory data.
  • Load and unload products, stacking items to maximize vertical storage space within the warehouse.
  • Perform basic administrative and documentation tasks, including utilizing computer systems to type and open Excel spreadsheets for reporting or tracking.
  • Adhere strictly to all OSHA standards and company safety procedures while operating equipment and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience and certification operating both a Stand-up Reach Truck and an Order Picker (Cherry Picker).
  • Proficiency in English speaking
    Basic computer skills, including typing and the ability to open and work within an Excel sheet.
    Physical ability and stamina to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting (typically up to 50+ lbs).
  • Strongly Preferred: Previous work experience in inventory performing cycle counts.
