Job description

Description

Build a Career That Actually Means Something

If you're looking for more than "just a job," this is it.

At Citizens National Bank, we're redefining what community banking looks like-real relationships, real impact, and real growth (for our clients and our team). As a Float Financial Services Representative, you'll play a key role in creating a banking experience that feels personal, seamless, and genuinely helpful.

You won't be stuck behind a counter-you'll be a trusted guide helping people navigate their financial lives.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Where You Shine)

  • Connect with clients and deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Handle everyday transactions while making each interaction feel personal
  • Help clients find the right tools-from checking accounts to digital banking
  • Step into different branches and bring consistency, energy, and support wherever needed
  • Spot opportunities to make someone's day easier (and their finances stronger)
  • Keep everything compliant, secure, and running smoothly behind the scenes

What You Bring to the Table

  • A people-first mindset-you actually enjoy helping others
  • Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and digital)
  • Comfort with technology and learning new systems quickly
  • The ability to stay calm, focused, and positive-even on busy days
  • A team-oriented attitude with a "we've got this" mentality

What We Value (and Actually Live By)

  • Integrity - Do the right thing, every time
  • Service Excellence - Make every interaction count
  • Teamwork - Win together, support always
  • Community Commitment - Give back and show up where it matters

We're not just in the banking business-we're in the relationship business. That means investing in our communities, supporting local growth, and showing up for people when it matters most.

Growth Looks Good Here

  • Opportunities to build real banking experience across multiple locations
  • Ongoing learning and development (we invest in you)
  • A supportive team that wants to see you succeed
  • A career path-not just a position

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision (100% paid for employees)
  • 401(k) + Life Insurance
  • Short & Long-Term Disability
  • Paid Time Off (because balance matters)
  • Additional voluntary benefits

Requirements

Are You the One? (The Qualifications)

  • Education: A high school diploma or GED is required, but if you have a Bachelor's degree or a few years of experience, even better!
  • Tech Savvy: You should be a pro with technology, from Microsoft Office to Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets.
  • Smooth Talker: You can speak and write clearly without being overly verbose (no "word salads" here!).
  • Cool as a Cucumber: You maintain stable performance even when things get a little time-pressured or stressful.

What to Expect

  • Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
  • A fast-paced environment where no two days feel the same

Let's Keep It Simple

If you want a role where:

  • You can grow
  • You can make an impact
  • And you can be part of something bigger

We want to meet you.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
