Retail Construction  * 40 hours per week * Paid travel, lodging, and per diem * Overnight shifts If you’re looking for full-time hours with an established company, we’ve got an opportunity for you.   We’re SPAR (https://sparinc.com/) : a successful and growing retail merchandising and assembly company. For over 50 years, we’ve had the opportunity to work with some amazing, big name companies like MJ Holding, Samsung, Family Dollar, and Sauder. In addition to merchandising, we offer a range of retail services including audits, fixture installation work, furniture assembly, inventory and price checking, mystery shopping, and much more.   Now we’re looking to expand our team: it’s your chance to take on a fast-paced role on a great team.   Come work with us   This position will focus on our overnight projects for retail locations. Our clients do remodels and updates on their merchandising after hours, and you’ll be part of the team that makes big changes happen overnight.   For starters, you’ll be joining a multi-week retail project in Tomah, WI. Taking direction from your team lead, you’ll help ensure that fixtures and installations are set up safely and correctly during a retail store remodeling. When that project is complete you’ll be joining other overnight crews working on tasks such as installations, audits, inventory, and price checking.   Strong ability in teamwork will be essential to this position as you will be working closely with others daily. You’ll also need a sharp idea for detail to keep displays looking their very best.   Working with SPAR   SPAR provides opportunities for variety, learning, and challenge as you work in a full range of retail environments, building skills and gaining experience.   In addition to your hourly wage, you’ll get travel time, lodging, and per diem paid for on projects requiring travel. Those are just some of the ways we support our team and help them succeed.   Qualifications   * Planogram and retail shelving/fixture installation experience. * Ability to work overnight * Knowledge/experience with basic and advanced hand tools * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license * Must have cell phone * Ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
