Job description

The Logistics/Order Fulfillment Team Member will have the opportunity to learn all Order Fulfillment processes, a path to an Advanced Order Fulfillment Team Member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process daily workload assignments to achieve on-time and complete shipments.
  • Work safely - help to promote a safe work environment.
  • Pick / label / load / stage / inventory / warehouse / tug / dispatch / transguard.
  • Work on sample set-up / returns / parts storage / UPS support as required, meeting customer requirements and expectations.
  • Operate material handling equipment and transport materials in a safe, efficient, and damage-free manner.
  • Perform SAP transactions and maintain other records/documentation.
  • Support and participate in our company's Lean and 5S activities.
  • Assist in training new employees.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain (company-sponsored certification provided)
  • Ability to work 1st shift hours (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) or 2nd shift hours (2:30 PM - 11 PM)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive, dependable attitude
  • Flexibility to cross-train across multiple driving roles and support other departmental needs

PAY SUMMARY
This role typically starts at $18/hour, with consideration for experience or returning team members. 2nd shift includes $2 shift premium. We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year.
