• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine the most effective treatment interventions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and gather detailed case histories through interviews, surveys, and symptom evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating therapeutic recommendations based on best practices.
• Deliver ongoing therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions, while adapting to the evolving needs of your clients.
• Conduct case consults to discuss client progress, treatment effectiveness, and potential modifications to treatment plans.
• Regularly monitor and record client progress in therapy, maintaining accurate clinical notes and communication to support continuity of care.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of practice in all client interactions.
• Document each session meticulously to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and improve accountability.

The primary focus of this role is to support individuals experiencing mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. You will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing unique challenges. By applying your expertise in evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), you will help them develop coping strategies and resilience, fostering significant, positive change in their lives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Applicants must possess a current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling is mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders and a track record of successful client outcomes.
