Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Senior Data Analyst/SAS Reporting to support the National Quality Management Quality Reporting Team. The role involves technical components related to data ingestion, transformation, validation, and loading, as well as performing research and analysis in a relational database environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform research and analysis in a relational database environment, may include writing or assist with queries to identify trends, draw conclusions, make recommendations and validate results.
• Perform extensive data validation and testing in a complex environment that utilizes multiple databases.
• Assist with the evaluation of data and analytic needs of assigned projects and assure the integrity of the data.
• Assist with defining/delivering analytical solutions in support of the supplemental data processes.
• Good collaboration and communication with team members and team leadership.
• Ability to understand/ probe into technical details and raise concerns or opportunities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Functional - Information Management - Query and Database Access Tools/4-6 Years
• Functional - Information Management - Informatics/4-6 Years
• Functional - Information Management - Data Warehousing/1-3 Years
• Technical - Reporting Tools - SAS/1-3 Years/End User
• Technical - Development Languages - SQL/1-3 Years/End User
• Technical – Python/Data Parsing – 1-3 Years/End User
• Five or more years of healthcare quality data analytics experience.
• Experience in working in a data warehouse environment as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of analytic programming tools and methods (SQL, Base SAS)
• Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas and results to clearly in written and verbal form.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within team and others as appropriate.
• Knowledge of health care supplemental data, reporting metrics, systems and standards – HEDIS data/reporting is a plus.
