Job Description
Clinical Ink is seeking a SAS Programmer to join our Data Management team based remotely across the United States! This individual will develop and implement data export programming based on mapping requirements as well as develop clinical data report outputs using a combination of solutions and tools. The ideal candidate will have solid experience programming in SAS and SQL and a background within the pharma, CRO, and/or life sciences industries. This role's responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement data export programming aligned with sponsor and internal mapping requirements.
  • Develop clinical data report outputs using a combination of SQL Server (SSRS), Tableau, SAS or other identified solutions.
  • Program data review and quality checking programs ensuring delivery of high-quality output for clients.
  • Develop programming for customer specific data integration/exports
  • Work with customers to specify data transfer standards
  • Develop and implement software code to automate data transfer activities
  • Triage, research, and provide solutions for identified data issues
Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer related field or equivalent programming experience
  • 3+ years of experience as software developer, database analyst/programmer, or clinical software tester
  • 3+ years of experience programming in SQL and SAS
  • Experience with CDISC SDTM mapping
  • Experience with Clinical Data Management
  • Experience with clinical development technology solutions
  • Understanding of the clinical trial processes including common data standards (CDISC) and statistical outputs (SAS)
