What You'll Do

We are currently seeking a Senior SAP FICO Analyst who, as part of our SAP applications team, will focus on finance, product costing and controlling functionality. The Analyst will coordinate and develop requirements between all global business operations for Amer Sports while working closely with Wilson business units locally. 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with business to determine functional requirements for the system within SAP FICO
  • Configure SAP FICO to meet the requirements 
  • Manage FICO related projects, people, time, budgets when requested
  • Work with technical resources to develop reports, functions and enhancements
  • Provide daily support and training requirements to the business
  • Collaborate with plant controllers and finance department
  • Understand finance and control end-to-end processes and proactively identify/resolve issues 
  • Coordinate changes with Global team on cross-brand and international topics 
What We're Looking For

This role requires a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, math, MIS, or equivalent plus at least five years of SAP FICO development / support - preferably in the consumer products industry.  

Other qualifications include:

  • Minimum three full life cycle implementations as an SAP FICO functional analyst / lead in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 Hana (in recent releases 2020 or above)
  • Expert level configuration and design skills in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 Hana (in recent releases 2020 or above)
  • ECC 6.0: FI skills: AP, AR, GL, Banking, fixed assets (required), vertex & credit card processing (plus) CO skills: Cost center accounting, profit center accounting, production costing (make-to-order, make-to-stock), profitability analysis, report painter, and report writer
  • S/4 Hana: FI skills: Understanding of S/4 Hana new architecture - Universal Journal, various ledgers, currencies & document splitting concepts, AP, AR, GL, Banking, fixed assets. CO skills: Overhead management (CCA, IO), margin analysis, material ledger, multiple valuations, production costing (make-to-order, make-to-stock) and knowledge of various new functionalities within S/4 Hana FICO
  • Manufacturing experience in both discrete and repetitive environment is a must
  • Knowledge and experience to handle day to day support with SAP S/4 Hana is required
  • Integration knowledge with other SAP modules MM, PP & SD is required
  • Knowledge in Variant configuration, fashion and retail operations is desired

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $125,000 - $170,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
