You Are:

You are a senior SAP Quality Management leader with deep experience designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA QM solutions, ideally for Life Sciences clients operating in regulated environments. You understand quality planning, inspection, nonconformance, batch traceability, compliance documentation, and regulatory expectations, and you can translate complex quality and compliance requirements into scalable SAP QM processes integrated with LIMS and enterprise QMS platforms.

The Work:

  • Lead assessment of Life Sciences quality management, inspection, batch release, nonconformance, deviation, CAPA, change control, and regulatory compliance processes to define future-state SAP S/4HANA Quality Management solutions.

  • Design end-to-end SAP QM processes covering quality planning, inspection plans, inspection lots, results recording, usage decisions, quality notifications, sample management, certificates of analysis, and batch-related quality workflows.

  • Own solution design across SAP QM master data and controls including inspection characteristics, inspection methods, sampling procedures, dynamic modification rules, quality info records, material specifications, batch classification, and quality certificates.

  • Lead SAP Quality Management implementation projects from fit-to-standard workshops and design through configuration, validation support, integration testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.

  • Facilitate cross-functional quality and compliance design workshops and drive key design decisions with clear recommendations, SAP leading practices, and alignment across manufacturing, procurement, inventory, warehousing, regulatory, validation, and finance stakeholders.

  • Configure and guide SAP QM capabilities including procurement inspections, in-process inspections, finished goods inspections, batch release, stability and sample-related processes, quality notifications, defects, recurring inspection, and quality reporting.

  • Design integrations between SAP QM and adjacent SAP modules and systems including MM, PP, EWM/WM, SD, batch management, document management, LIMS, and QMS platforms such as ComplianceQuest, Dot Compliance, and ETQ.

  • Support Life Sciences clients with regulated quality scenarios including GMP and GxP-aligned processes, electronic records expectations, audit readiness, batch genealogy, product release, complaint linkage, and quality event traceability.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP QM processes and integrations, ensuring process stability, data integrity, validation alignment, user adoption, and quality compliance performance.

  • Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads, client stakeholders, and Accenture capability leaders to create differentiated SAP Quality Management, Life Sciences quality, regulatory compliance, and integration delivery assets.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What you Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP Quality Management experience, including SAP QM configuration, quality planning, inspection processing, results recording, usage decision, quality notifications, and integration in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with SAP QM master data and execution data, including inspection plans, characteristics, methods, sampling procedures, material inspection setup, inspection lots, results, defects, usage decisions, quality certificates, and batch-related quality records.

  • Experience delivering at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP QM or S/4HANA quality implementation in a functional lead, solution lead, architect, or delivery leadership role.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting the Life Sciences Industry and developed understanding of Life Sciences quality and regulatory processes, including (but not limited to) GMP, GxP, validation documentation, audit readiness, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and product quality traceability.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating SAP QM with MM, PP, SD, EWM/WM, batch management, document management, reporting/analytics, LIMS, and QMS systems such as Compliance Quest, Dot Compliance, ETQ, or similar quality platforms.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience facilitating client workshops, define fit-to-standard quality process design, document key design decisions, manage quality and regulatory stakeholders, and translate compliance requirements into SAP solution designs.

  • Prior experience in a Consulting or Advisory role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience with SAP S/4HANA Quality Management innovations such as Fiori-based quality processing, embedded analytics, flexible workflows, quality collaboration, and quality-related simplifications.

  • You have experience with LIMS integration patterns, laboratory sample workflows, test result interfaces, certificate generation, and quality data exchange between SAP and laboratory systems.

  • You have experience with enterprise QMS platforms such as ComplianceQuest, Dot Compliance, ETQ, Veeva Quality, TrackWise, or similar systems supporting deviations, CAPA, complaints, change control, audit management, and document control.

  • You have experience supporting regulated Life Sciences programs with computer system validation, testing evidence, standard operating procedures, audit support, and controls aligned to GMP/GxP expectations.

  • You have experience with SAP manufacturing, warehousing, batch management, serialization, digital manufacturing, MES, or shop-floor quality integration scenarios that support product quality and compliance traceability.
