  • Lead the delivery of integrations built on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlow) and SAP API Management (APIM).

  • Automate solution delivery processes within the SAP project and release process.

  • Govern integration development for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-external system scenarios.

  • Oversee BTP platform stability including incident management, iFlow configuration, and scaling for cutover events.

  • Actively apply Claude Enterprise and Lilly Cortex agentic capabilities to drive AI-assisted platform productivity.

Validation & Compliance

  • Lead GxP validation lifecycle for SAP platform changes, including end-to-end test planning, execution, and documentation.

  • Ensure all development and deployment activities follow GMP code review procedures and change management (CTASK) standards.

  • Act as Local Configuration Manager for SAP platform assets, maintaining accurate representation in CMDB/ServiceNow.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide technical direction for contractor developers across multiple vendors.

  • Engage with enterprise software vendors to drive platform feature adoption, license strategies, and issue resolution with SAP OSS.

  • Translate complex technical platform decisions into clear communications for functional peers, business customers, and leadership.

  • Anticipate implications of technical decisions on regulatory compliance requirements and inform project teams accordingly.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in platform ownership, DevOps, or enterprise automation engineering.

  • 3+ years of experience in a GxP or otherwise regulated environment, including validation lifecycle ownership.

  • Demonstrated experience with Git-based version control and GitHub workflows, including branching strategies, pull request governance, code review processes, and repository access controls in an enterprise environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlow), or equivalent enterprise integration platforms.

  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent.

  • Experience with API design, API security scanning, and RESTful web services.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.

Additional Preferences
