Job Description:

SAP Lead ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support.
The resource will manage an ABAP development team and will work alongside State resources in developing, enhancing, and supporting the MAGIC SAP system, plus provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and multiple third-part systems

Eight  to ten years’ experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a development team of ten to fifteen resources.
Eight years’ experience with ABAP design and development experience with strong experience in ABAP Object Oriented programming.
Functional knowledge in at least three of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management, Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, SuccesFactors EC.
Four years’ experience working with an SAP operational system for a Public Sector Client.
Two years’ experience in training & mentoring public sector employees from entry level and above.
Knowledge and experience with State of MS(SOMS) MAGIC system development.
Two years’ experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration.
Two years’ experience with SAP Process Integration.
Two years’ experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling.
Two years' experience with migration between third-party vendor systems.
Experience with analysis and development activities to resolve root causes of incidents
