Job description

Job Duties:

Create, execute, and operationalize instructor-led training (virtual/in-person) for customers and partners. Design, build, and operationalize program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics. Harmonize cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure ongoing alignment with programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes. Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates and changes. Develop advanced instructor-led training materials. Recommend improvements to Workato's education services. Stay up to date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training experience. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive suite of instructor-led events, targeting different customer personas and skill levels. Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various personas. Assess student practical exercises. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as surveys, Instructor Utilization, registration to participation, passed exams, and testimonials. Full-time telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Travel throughout the U.S. every few months for 1-5 days at a time.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Solutions Consultant, Automation Consultant or related
occupation.

Special Skill Requirements:
  • Experience communicating with Technical and Business stakeholders.

  • Experience working in an iPaaS/SaaS organization.

  • Experience documenting business processes and applying technology to optimize and automate these processes.

  • Understanding of operating models, SDLC, security, and governance in large enterprises.

  • Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, and Databases.

Salary: $133,266.00-175,000.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
