The work

As a Senior SAP AI Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI‑driven solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Your work includes integrating SAP AI Core and leveraging GenAI Hub to build intelligent applications that enhance business processes and decision-making capabilities. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to implement and optimize AI models, ensuring seamless integration across existing SAP environments. You will also utilize SAP Joule for Developers and SAP Joule for Consultants to streamline workflows and deliver tailored AI solutions that address complex organizational challenges.

In this role, you will apply your expertise with cloud-based AI services and data analytics platforms—particularly AWS Bedrock and SAP + Palantir—to create scalable, secure, and high‑performance applications. Success in this position requires strong experience deploying AI/ML models in enterprise environments, building optimized machine learning pipelines, and working with large datasets. Your ability to innovate, adapt to emerging technologies, and drive enterprise AI adoption will be central to delivering impactful outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications using SAP AI Core and GenAI Hub
  • Integrating SAP AI models into existing enterprise SAP landscapes
  • Collaborating with SAP Functional Consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver intelligent solutions
  • Leveraging SAP Joule for Developers and SAP Joule for Consultants to streamline development and enhance solution quality
  • Building scalable ML pipelines and ensuring model performance in production environments
  • Working with AWS Bedrock and SAP + Palantir for cloud-based AI, data analytics, and model deployment
  • Preparing technical specifications, solution diagrams, and documentation for AI-driven enhancements
  • Providing recommendations on emerging AI technologies and best practices
  • Optionally mentoring junior developers and supporting team knowledge growth

Here's what you need:

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP AI Core
  • Experience with GenAI Hub
  • Experience using SAP Joule for Developers
  • Experience using SAP Joule for Consultants
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock
  • Experience with SAP + Palantir

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience integrating SAP AI solutions with cloud platforms
  • Experience deploying AI/ML models in enterprise environments
  • SAP AI‑related certifications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance in SAP environments
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Eligibility requirements:

  • US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
  • Must be eligible to obtain a government clearance
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
