Part-Time Office Administrator (SAP Required)
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | 20–25 Hours per Week
Location: Columbus, OH (On-Site)
Position Overview:
A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator with hands-on SAP experience to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling data, and administering inventory within SAP. We are looking for a candidate with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and previous experience supporting operations in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile data to ensure accuracy between SAP and internal systems
  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices in SAP
  • Verify invoice accuracy prior to submission to Accounts Payable
  • Monitor invoice status and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Support inventory transactions and maintain inventory records within SAP
  • Assist with purchase order and invoice matching
  • Generate reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of invoices and inventory transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations and Accounting teams
Qualifications:
  • Direct experience with SAP is required
  • Administrative or office support experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in invoice processing, Accounts Payable, or data reconciliation
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in chemical, industrial manufacturing, or production environments
  • Experience with inventory control or supply chain management
  • Familiarity with purchasing and accounting processes
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $24.00 per hour
