Business Analyst
Position Overview
The Business Analyst will support the Disney Experiences Technology (DXT) Vendor Management Organization (VMO) as part of the Coupa Supplier Logistics (CSL) Team. This role is responsible for supporting vendor management, purchase order administration, invoice reconciliation, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate financial and operational processes across technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor and Financial Operations
• Partner with technology teams to create purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate coding, allocations, and cost breakdowns are provided.
• Ensure vendor invoicing is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
• Review and compare time-and-material data associated with approved purchase orders against vendor invoices.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documentation.
• Reconcile PO line items with vendor invoices to verify proper coding and data accuracy prior to submission.
• Support vendor onboarding activities and ensure adherence to established procurement processes.
Process Improvement and Documentation
• Document Coupa Supplier Logistics (CSL) processes, procedures, and methodologies.
• Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes and best practices.
• Create training materials and onboarding guidelines for new vendors and partners.
• Capture and maintain key agreement details, including service level agreements (SLAs), contract timelines, renewal terms, and other critical data elements.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
• Assist leadership by monitoring, reporting, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
• Serve as a liaison between team members, vendors, technology teams, finance, procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with partners at all levels of the organization.
• Support multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience working with SAP and Coupa.
• Strong understanding of purchase order management, invoice processing, and reconciliation activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Advanced experience with Coupa and SAP platforms.
Education
