Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an SAP Business Objects Administrator to design and develop reporting and analytics solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensuring the efficient performance of BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using SAP Business Objects tools (e.g., Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Lumira).
โ€ข Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting and analytics requirements.
โ€ข Analyze data sources and recommend best practices for BI solutions.
โ€ข Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
โ€ข Design and maintain Universes to ensure efficient query generation and optimal report performance.
โ€ข Implement joins, contexts, and derived tables to ensure accurate and consistent data modeling.
โ€ข Perform thorough testing of reports, dashboards, and Universes to ensure accuracy and performance.
โ€ข Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
โ€ข Debug and resolve issues related to data accuracy, performance, and visualization.
โ€ข Optimize reports and queries for improved performance and scalability.
โ€ข Document report specifications, data models, and user guides for BI solutions.
โ€ข Work closely with database administrators, data engineers, and other IT teams to ensure smooth data integration.
