We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Datasphere, and BW 4/HANA. 

This role focuses on delivering data solutions tailored to enterprise-level Financial, HR and operational data. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data integration and analytics.

What you'll get to do

Responsibilities

1.    Data Architecture and Modeling:
    Design, implement, monitor and optimize data models within SAP Datasphere and/or BW for enterprise data.
    Create robust models that meet analytics and reporting needs across SAP Analytics Cloud.

2.    Analytics and Visualization Integration:
    Configure and manage connections between SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud to enable dashboarding.

3.    Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    Regularly assess system performance, analytics workloads, and governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and reliability.
    Resolve data and integration issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Expertise:
   SAP Datasphere and BW including data modeling and pipeline configurations.
   Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for building and maintaining complex dashboards.
   Skilled in ETL tools such as SAP Data Services, Alteryx, or others.

Data Management and Analytics:
   Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling techniques, including star and snowflake schemas.
   Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
   Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and techniques within SAP.

Soft Skills:
   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
   Proven ability to manage projects in an agile development environment.

Education and Certifications
   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    4+ years of experience in data engineering roles, with a focus on SAP Datasphere and BW.

Preferred Qualifications
   Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud.
   Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for hybrid data management solutions.
   Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics integration in SAP Analytics Cloud implementing compliant data solutions.
