Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW SAP Analyst III Are you imagining your next career move. Are you ready to make a positive impact on the citizens of Collier County by joining a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the use of SAP across Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, and Materials Management. If so, this opportunity may be for you, especially if you are seeking meaningful work while living and serving a community that strives to be the best place to work, live, and play: beautiful Naples Florida.

At the Clerk's Office, we believe that a career is more than just a job, it is a calling. Our employees take an oath to serve and uphold Constitution of the United States and the State of Florida, and we are committed to making a difference in the community we serve. About the Information Technology Division The Information Technology Division is responsible for re-imagining how technology is used to streamline and simplify the services provided by the Clerk's Office.

From assisting staff with hardware and software needs, to deploying new equipment, enhancing applications, safeguarding data, and maintaining on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, our IT team plays a vital role in daily operations. We are committed to leveraging innovative technology solutions to work smarter and more efficiently, with one simple goal in mind: meeting the needs of the citizens of Collier County. Position Overview The SAP Analyst III serves as a subject matter expert requiring a strong blend of functional and technical expertise across the SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors landscape.

This role works collaboratively across departments, partnering with management, IT staff, and end users to implement system improvements, guide user adoption, and support data driven decision making through SAP Analytics Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Serve as business advocate and technical resource throughout all stages of the SAP ERP system and data solutions lifecycle, including investigation, planning and analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, training, maintenance, and system retirement. Analyze and evaluate existing and emerging data solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud capabilities, to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced reporting and insights; assist management with long and short-term planning and project prioritization.

Collaborate effectively with non-technical personnel to facilitate the full project lifecycle, including researching business rules, delivering user training, and identifying and resolving defects. Design, configure, and test SAP ERP solutions and business processes using established methodologies and tools to ensure alignment with project objectives, compliance standards, and organizational procedures. Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards, reports, and data models using SAP Analytics Cloud to support operational, financial, and strategic decision making.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, manage defect tracking and resolution, and document associated risks and mitigation strategies. Create and maintain documentation for all data solutions, including analytics models, dashboards, stories, standard operating procedures, and management review materials.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field, and six years of experience with SAP across multiple modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job may be substituted for the education and experience requirement. If you are passionate about developing and supporting high-quality systems and want your work to have a meaningful impact on your community, we invite you to consider a career with the Clerk's Office.
