Job description

Role: Programmer/Developer Lead - SAP OTC
Location: Tampa FL. (Local only)

Duration: 5 Months
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide Level III support of the SD/OTC module; Consult and assist with issue resolution as required.
• Identify root cause for recurring issues, make proposal for their elimination.
• Take responsibility for conducting development work end to end (requirement analysis, estimates, functional spec, testing, etc.).
• Ability to work after-hours when needed for high priority issues.
• Document business requirements; functional description and specifications of the business solution.
• Collaborate with team members of the SAP Global Delivery Group to implement and support solutions.
• Build and test system solutions, including creating formal test plans, test data and using a formal testing tool to log results.
• Provide support and/or consultation on any production application in the SD/OTC area of responsibility.
• Report on status of all work assigned.
• Work with software vendors and external application resources in cases where the business solution requires it.
• Ensure the OTC tasks are properly designed, implemented and tested in the SAP application.
• Ability to review functional and technical specifications and make recommendations for improvement prior to development.
• Experience working with a very formal change control process including incident/problem management.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Must possess a disciplined approach and commitment to delivering on Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
• Adhere to a standard, global template and maintain the consistency of the global process model.
Essential SAP skills:
• 8+ years of experience supporting OTC cycles and Logistics Execution processes.
• 8+ years of experience on SAP implementation in the SD Module of SAP.
• 2+ full life cycle SAP implementations that includes end to end SD/OTC Hand-s on configuration
• Project Blueprint experience as well as other Project phases such as IT, SIT, UAT and Hypercare.
• Ability to write Scripts when needed to be delivered to the Users for testing scenarios.
• Experience, knowledge and understanding in the following areas:
• Order Management through EDI, Web portals, Upload tools, External systems and Manual process.
• Delivery Creation and Delivery processing for logistics
• Shipping processes and Logistics Execution in SAP
• Interfaces with external systems for Transportation Management and Warehouse Management
• Pricing
• Rebates
• Intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.)
• Output determination
• Complex ATP & rescheduling scenarios
• Extensive integration and regression testing experience
• Experience with EDI integration (GXS experience preferred)
• Ability to work with multiple SAP environments
