Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following:                              

  • Process requests to create, change, or review material master data in Milwaukee Valve’s SAP ERP system.
  • Collaborate with all Milwaukee Valve departments to gather and validate the required material master data to be entered or changed in the SAP ERP system.
  • Load material master data manually or automatically into the SAP ERP.
  • Collaborate with corporate SAP Master Data team to resolve issues, make continual improvements, and process mass data loads when needed.
  • Troubleshoot errors encountered or reported in SAP ERP.
  • Follow procedure and processes to maintain master data consistently.
  • Complete material master data reporting as assigned.
  • Provide support on projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience – High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP experience highly desired.

Mathematical Skills – Basic math skills required with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals in a variety of units of measure. Ability to compute percentages and ratios.
