YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.


As a Bartender, you are responsible for effectively serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Take customers' food and drink orders
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
  • Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
  • Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed
  • Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
  • Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
  • Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • You have experience in making classic cocktails
  • You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
  • You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
  • You have a valid Operator's License
  • Craft cocktail and high-volume experience is a must

YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

  • You have one year of bartending experience (preferred)
  • You have wine experience and/or certification

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
