Recognized as a technology leader, Sanmina Corporation provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions, delivering superior quality and support to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) primarily in the communications networks, defense and aerospace, industrial and semiconductor systems, medical, multimedia, computing and storage, automotive and clean technology sectors. Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.

The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California's Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems.

In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services. Job Purpose: This position provides material delivery, preparation, and replenishment support to the Fabrication Department. This position's primary focus is to support direct production activities allowing production personnel to focus exclusively on value-added work.

A Water Spider ensures that all production lines have the necessary material to successfully run production during the designated shift. Nature of Duties: Ensure a timely restock of necessary components to the assigned work area at the point of use Load carts according to defined quantities for optimal use in the assigned work area Ensure production lines have the necessary components needed and proactively request additional materials Follow all general and specific safety procedures as instructed by Supervisor Any other assignments necessary to produce quality product at proper productivity rates Able to package and strap material to pallets Education and Experience: Minimum 3-year warehouse experience Metal tubes and aluminum block experience preferred. Forklift experience Packaging /strapping experience Flexible working hours and overtime as needed Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
