Job description

Night Porter / Sanitor Job Summary: Able to work unsupervised during the night. Duties include major cleaning of interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day. Dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters, etc.

Changing grease in fryers and cleaning floors, walls, ceiling, windows, etc. Observe and enforce safety and security procedures. Experience in the cleaning and maintenance of the building and equipment is desirable.
