• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through virtual sessions, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing various methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Engage clients in establishing their therapeutic goals and regularly review progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including client progress and behavior changes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Provide crisis management support as necessary, ensuring client safety and engaging in de-escalation techniques during sessions.

Our therapy network serves a diverse client population spanning various age groups and backgrounds. The individuals we support may struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, or other mental health disorders. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and therapeutic alliances with clients through virtual platforms.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling effectively.

• Previous experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with secure virtual therapy platforms and an ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and cultural competency practices.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 based on caseload and experience.
