• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations utilizing validated assessment tools to identify clients' mental health needs and to formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, customizing each session to align with clients' unique therapeutic goals.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting activities with clients, emphasizing the importance of active participation in their own recovery process while providing consistent support and motivation.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques, tailoring your approach based on individual client preferences and the specific nature of their challenges.
• Maintain up-to-date and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Participate in regular supervision and feedback sessions with senior clinicians, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

The clients you will serve at Soothing Sanctuary encompass a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We provide support for adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Our emphasis on remote therapy ensures that individuals from various geographic locations, particularly those underserved in mental health services, can receive the care they need.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Proficient in building rapport and establishing trusting relationships with clients through virtual platforms, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain empathy, understanding, and sensitivity towards clients’ diverse experiences and needs.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing a caseload effectively while ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

• Experience working in a community health setting or a similar remote mental health service environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies, including secure video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems.
• A background in providing culturally competent care to diverse populations is highly valued.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
